My order status – what does it mean?

Awaiting delivery from manufacturer – Your order is awaiting for the products that were displayed as „upon order” (displayed with a yellow dot) it the time that the order was placed.

Awaiting release date - Your order is awaiting for the official release of the products that were described as a preorder.

Awaiting bank transfer – Your payment has not been noted in our system.

Ready to pick up - Your order is ready to pick up at our local store.

Reservation Confirmed –Your Table reservation/Painting Workshop Entry at ourstore is confirmed – see you soon!

Order Shipped – Your order has been shipped. Please await email from the courier company with a tracking number.

Cancelled – your order has been canceled.

Preparation in progress – Your order is being processed by our crew, or its awaiting for changing of the status.
