Terms and Conditions of Use

 

I. INTRODUCTION

  1. Vanaheim.pl, the online store run by VANAHEIM BARTOSZ MATYCHOWIAK with its registered office in Krakow 31-512, ul. Lubicz 34/6, REGON 120950042, Tax Identification Number PL9451918472, EORI PL945191847200000 allows its Customers to buy goods via the electronic network (Internet) - under the Internet address https://vanaheim.pl ("Vanaheim.pl" or "Store"). The administrator of personal data of the Store's Customers is Vanaheim Bartosz Matychowiak with its registered office in Krakow, address: 31-512 Krakow, Lubicz 34/6.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to all users of the Store and define rules for registering and using the Store's account, rules for placing orders and concluding contracts for the sale of goods available in Store ("Goods").
  3. Access to Terms and Conditions can be obtained by each user of the Store at any time by clicking the "Terms and Conditions" link on the store's website, and also by saving its PDF version on the medium of his choice.
  4. Information about the Goods in the Store, including descriptions and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of article 71 of Kodeks Cywilny (the Civil Code), in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use.
  5. The website contains information about the properties of the Goods, in particular their price, material from which they are made, etc.
  6. Photos and presentations of the offered products are used to present the specific models of the Goods indicated on them.


II. RULES OF USING THE STORE AND CONCLUDING AN AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF GOODS

  1. Store enables the conclusion of contracts for the sale of Goods via Internet and provides other services by electronic means provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Contract for the sale of Goods is concluded between the Store user ("Customer") and the Store.
  3. To start using the Store Customer is obliged to read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Information provided by Customer during the process of ordering should be true, up-to-date and accurate. Store reserves the right to refuse an order if the data provided is inaccurate in a way that it is impossible to process the order, in particular if it prevents the correct delivery of Goods. Before refusing to fulfill the order, Vanaheim.pl will try to contact Customer in order to determine the data in the scope enabling the order to be processed.
  5. Store takes all possible technical and organizational measures required by the relevant provisions of law to protect the personal data of Customers, in particular to prevent the acquisition and modification of data provided during registration by unauthorized parties.
  6. A Customer who has used the Store is obliged to:
    1. Not provide and not forward content prohibited by law;
    2. Use the Store in a way that does not interfere with its functioning;
    3. Not to Send or post unsolicited commercial information within the Store;
    4. Use the Store in a way that is not inconvenient for other customers and for the Store Administrator;
    5. Use of the content posted on the store's website for personal use.

 

III. CONCLUSION OF A SALES CONTRACT

  1. Store allows Customers to place orders for Goods from the Store's website (on-line), in accordance with the ordering procedure specified in the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Store accepts online orders 24 hours a day, all days of the week. Orders placed on Saturdays, non-working days and holidays will be accepted by the service on the first day of operation of the online store.
  3. Customer can place an order without creating an account in the Store (so-called shopping without registration).
  4. The condition for placing an order is filling in relevant form with all the required data necessary for the shipment and generation of a VAT invoice or fiscal receipt.
  5. In order to place an order, select the Goods in the Store, specify their quantities and then go to the "Cart" and continue the ordering procedure by selecting the appropriate options.
  6. Until the selection of Goods is confirmed with the "Confirm order" button, the Customer has the option of making changes and modifications to the Goods in the order, as well as contact details for shipment or invoice. The Customer's approval of the order by using the "Confirm order" button is equivalent to accepting the obligation to pay the price of the Goods and the cost of their delivery, about which the Customer will be informed immediately before approving the order.
  7. The Customer's approval of the order in accordance with point 6 above constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract.
  8. At the time of placing an order in accordance with point 6 above, the Customer will receive a message to the e-mail address provided with information about the order, the quantity of the ordered Goods, the value of the order, the selected type of delivery and payment, and the contact details of the Customer and the Store. The above-mentioned e-mail message confirms the receipt of the order by the Store and the conclusion of the sales contract.
  9. The sales contract is concluded in Polish language, with the content in accordance with these Regulations and the order placed by the Customer.
  10. If Customer chooses a payment method other than "cash on delivery", the Store reserves the right to refuse the order under the sales contract, if:
    1. the Buyer's contact details are so imprecise that they prevent the delivery of the goods,
    2. the transaction has not been authorized in the system electronic payments Przelewy24 
    3. or the payment for the order has not been made within 7 working days of placing the order.
  11. The Store declares that no VAT invoices will be issued on the basis of receipts documenting the purchase of Goods in the Online Store by buyers who purchased the Goods in connection with their business activity and did not provide the data necessary to issue a VAT invoice.
  12. The Customer acting as an entrepreneur who intends to purchase Goods in the Online Store as part of his business activity, is obliged to provide the data enabling the Seller to issue a VAT invoice in accordance with applicable law before concluding a contract for the sale of Goods.
  13. The Store will issue an invoice at the request of the consumer, on the basis of the receipt presented by them documenting the purchase of Goods in the Store (ONLY if there is a tax identification number on it), in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.

 

 

IV. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF GOODS

  1. Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order process. Estimated date of delivery of the Goods is specified in the order summary, before the Customer confirms the order by using the "Confirm order" button.
  2. If the Customer chooses:
    1. payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment by credit card, the Customer undertakes to make the payment within 7 business days from the date of the Sale Agreement - otherwise the order will be canceled (excluding products with a delayed payment date - information included in the product description)
    2. payment on delivery upon delivery, the Customer is obliged to make the payment upon delivery.
    3. cash payment upon personal collection of the shipment, the Customer undertakes to make the payment upon receipt of the shipment.
  3. If the Customer has chosen a delivery method other than personal collection, the Product will be sent by the Seller within the time specified in its description, in the manner chosen by the Customer when placing the order.
  4. Delivery date depends on the information provided on the product page in the Store:
    1. If Customer orders Products with different delivery dates, the delivery date is the longest given date.
    2. In the case of ordering Products with different delivery times, the Customer has the option to request delivery of Products in parts (by contacting the Store service via the contact form available at https://vanaheim.pl/en/content/29-contact-us; there may be additional transport costs) or delivery of all Products once the entire order is ready.
  5. The beginning of the period of delivery of the Product to the Customer is counted as follows:
    1. If the Customer chooses bank transfer or payment upon delivery - from the date of the Sale Agreement
    2. If the Customre chooses to collect order in person, products will be ready to collect at the date specified in the Product description. The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller about the readiness of the Product for collection by sending an appropriate e-mail to the Customer's e-mail address provided when placing the Order.

  7. Goods are delivered to the address indicated in the territory of the Republic of Poland or The European Union by a shipping company chosen by the customer - Fees for the delivery of products are provided in the ordering process. The store also allows you to collect the Goods in stationary store.
  8. All shipments are carried via courier service or Paczkomat service - the Store is not responsible for the time and quality of delivery by the carrier
  9. Prepaid orders with a value of more than PLN 400 are sent at the expense of the Store ONLY within the Republic of Poland (available choices are Inpost Kurier or Paczkomat Inpost) - excluding large-size shipments, appropriately marked in the product description.
  10. Otherwise, the costs of shipping the purchased Goods are borne by the Customer, about which the Customer is also informed before the approval of the order placed (the cost varies depending on the selected delivery method).
  11. Each shipment is accompanied by a proof of purchase (fiscal receipt or VAT invoice).
  12. The customer can pick up the ordered Goods at the goods collection point in Krakow, located at ul. Lubicz 34/6 (hereinafter: "COLLECTION POINT"). Information on working hours can be found here: https://vanaheim.pl/en/content/8-about-us
    1. In order to collect the ordered Goods at the Collection Point, when placing the order, select the option "pickup in person." The customer will be notified by e-mail about the possibility of collecting the ordered goods. When collecting the ordered Goods, the Customer is obliged to show the person issuing the Goods an identity document (ID card or passport) in order to confirm the identity of the person placing the order and receiving the Goods.
    2. Orders placed on working days by 11.00 a.m. with the option of collection at the Collection Point are usually ready for collection on the same day after 4.00 p.m.
    3. Goods ordered with the option of collection at the Collection Point can be picked up within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notification referred to in point a. above. The customer may return all or part of the order (withdraw from the sales contract in whole or in the appropriate scope).
    4. If the Customer chooses the option of picking up the delivery of goods at the Collection Point in Krakow, payment for the ordered Goods may be made in the form of a prepayment or payment upon collection
    5. In physical store Customer can also return the goods purchased earlier over the Internet, thus realizing their right to withdraw from a distance sales contract.
  13. Deliveries of Goods are carried out on the territory of the Republic of Poland and EU countries
    1. in case of shipment outside the country, delivery prices are different and are automatically converted depending on the country of delivery

 

V. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Information about the purchase price of the goods provided on the website is binding from the moment the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order placed by the Customer for the purchase of selected Goods. The above-mentioned price will not change, regardless of price changes in the Store, which may appear after the order is confirmed in the e-mail.
  2. The prices of products in the store are given in the selected currency (PLN / EUR) and include all its components, including VAT and all other taxes.
  3. The customer pays the price for the ordered Goods together with the delivery costs, according to his choice:
    1. "cash on delivery" to the forwarder of the courier company at the place of delivery by
    2. traditional bank transfer or via electronic payment, placed by Przelewy24 / PayPal system before delivery. If the Customer selects payment method in the form of a prepayment, failure to receive the payment on the account of the Store or intermediaries in the transaction (Przelewy24 / PayPal) within 7 days of placing the order, will result in the cancellation of the order. In such a situation, Customer can place orders again and choose a different payment method. Processing of the orders payable by bank transfer or credit card begins after receiving payment for the goods.
  4. Vanaheim.pl reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the Store, introduce new goods for sale, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store's website, or make changes to them in accordance with the standards of the Civil Code and other laws, and such changes do not violate the rights of Customers who concluded contracts for the sale of goods offered by the Store before the above-mentioned changes or rights of persons entitled to use a given promotion, in accordance with its rules and within its duration.

VI. CLAIMS

  1. Products offered in the Store are brand new and original. Vanaheim.pl is responsible for physical or legal defects of the Goods on the basis of art. 556 and following of Kodeks Cywilny (the Civil Code).
  2. Vanaheim.pl takes steps to ensure that the Store functions properly, to the extent that results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by customers within a reasonable time.
  3. Each item purchased in the store is eligible to Customer's claim, in compliance with the terms and conditions of the claim set out in relevant provisions of law, if it has defects that constitute its non-compliance with the concluded sales contract.
  4. A claim may be submitted by post by returning the goods together with a written description of the defect and proof of purchase in the Store, by registered mail or other form of shipment, to the warehouse address:

    with the note: "Claim e-shop Vanaheim .pl ". Customer will receive information on the method of considering the claim within 14 days from the day following the receipt by the Store of the parcel containing the goods complained about.

  5. If product has defects, the customer is entitled to the following claims pursuant to art. 556 and art. 561 of Kodeks Cywilny (the Civil Code):
    1. submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement or reduction of the price of the Goods, unless the Seller immediately and without undue inconvenience for the Buyer replaces the Product with a product free from defects or removes the defect, or
    2. a request to replace the Product with a non-defective one or remove the defect.
  6. If the claim is not accepted, the goods will be sent back together with the opinion as to the unjustified nature of the complaint.
  7. If Customer finds that the goods have been damaged during transport, it is recommended that the Customer draws up a damage report in the presence of the courier.
  8. Out-of-court dispute resolution:
    1. Please be advised that the Customer who is a consumer has the right to use the following out-of-court complaint and redress methods:
      1. the possibility of requesting an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure under the Act of 23 September 2016 on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1823), i.e. to the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in Krakow (e.g. http://www.krakow.wiih.gov.pl/);
      2. applying for a case to be examined by the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court operating at the appropriate Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (e.g. http://bip.malopolska.pl/wiihkrakow/Article/id,112169.html);
      3. asking the Municipal Ombudsman for Consumer Rights for help in the protection of consumer interests and rights (e.g. http://konsument.um.warszawa.pl/). Free assistance to consumers in the protection of their rights and interests is also provided by social organizations, such as Consumer Federation (http://www.federacja-konsumentow.org.pl/).
    2. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the above procedure is voluntary and both parties must agree to it.
    3. If the Customer purchases the Goods as a consumer, they are also entitled to use the out-of-court method of settling disputes and pursuing claims in the form of an interactive platform ODR (Online Dispute Resolution), in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009 / EC, hereinafter referred to as the "REGULATION ON ODR".
    4. The ODR platform is an interactive tool made available to consumers from the European Union that can be used to submit a complaint. Below is a link to the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

      Pursuant to Article 1 of the Regulation on ODR, the purpose of the ODR platform is to provide consumers with a tool facilitating independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair online out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs in the territory of the European Union.

  9. Points 1-8 above apply to any person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional nature for that person.

 

VII. RETURNS OF GOODS - WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES CONTRACT

  1. A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the applicable law has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason, on the terms described below.
  2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract for the sale of the Goods shall expire after 14 days from the date on which the Customer came into possession of the Goods or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, came into possession of the Goods.
  3. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should inform the Store about his decision to withdraw from the contract by a statement sent to the following e-mail address: sklep@vanaheim.pl, including the order number in the title of the message.
  4. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
  5. The customer sends back the goods that are withdrawn from the contract to the following postal address:

    immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer informed the Store about the withdrawal from this contract. . The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the Goods before the deadline of 14 days.

  6. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
  7. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store refunds to the Customers all payments received from the Customer, including costs of delivering the Goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Customer, other than the cheapest, usual method of delivery offered by the Store), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Store was informed about the Customer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
  8. The Store will reimburse the customer's payment using the same payment methods that were used by the customer in the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agreed to a different solution; in any event, customers will not be charged any fees associated with this return. The Store may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the returned Goods or until proof of their return is delivered to the Store, depending on which event occurs first.
  9. Customers are only responsible for reducing the value of the returned Goods resulting from using them in a different way than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. (For example, removing the foil from the product does not reduce its value, on the contrary damage to the part 'in the box' does reduce the item's value)
  10. The customer may also return the Goods after exercising the right of withdrawal by delivering the Goods to the stationary store.

  11. Points 1-10 above apply to any person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional nature for that person.

 

VIII. INFORMATION ON SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY

  1. The Store provides the following services to customers by electronic means:
    1. Enabling on-line conclusion of contracts for the sale of Goods and services in the Store in accordance with these Regulations,
    2. Enabling the creation of Customer accounts in Store,
    3. Sending ordered commercial information regarding the Goods.
  2. The Customer is entitled to withdraw from contracts for the sale of Goods in accordance with the relevant legal provisions and on the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions. In addition, the Customer is entitled at any time to demand that the Store ceases to provide the services indicated in point. 1. point b) and c) above.
  3. The technical conditions for the provision of electronic services by the Store are as follows:
    1. Access to the Internet,
    2. Using a web browser that allows editing hypertext documents (such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Opera, FireFox or similar),
    3. Having an e-mail account.
  4. Vanaheim.pl informs that, depending on the settings of the Customer's web browser, it may introduce cookies into the IT system used by the Customer, which are not a component of the content of the services provided by the Store, and which enable the subsequent identification of the Customer entering the Store's pages and are used by the Store in order to facilitate the use of the Store by the Customer, as well as to monitor Customer traffic on the Store's websites. The customer may at any time disable the use of cookies by the Store through appropriate settings in his web browser.

 

IX. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

  1. information indicated below is also made available to the User at the time of collecting their personal data on the Store's websites.
  2. The administrator of the personal data of the Store User is Vanaheim Bartosz Matychowiak. The administrator processes the personal data of the Store Users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
  3. The personal data of the Store's Users are processed in the following scope:
    • in order to perform contracts for the sale of Goods from the Store concluded with the User - the basis for data processing will in this case be the contract concluded with the Administrator by accepting the Store's regulations;
    • in order to maintain the Store's User account - the basis for data processing will in this case be the contract concluded with the Administrator by creating an account and accepting the Store's regulations;
    • in order to carry out complaint processes - in this case, the basis for processing is the Administrator's obligation resulting from the provisions of law regarding the warranty for defects in the sold item;
    • if the User expresses separate consents, commercial information regarding the goods offered for sale in the Store, including promotional offers, may be sent to the User's e-mail address or telephone number provided - in this case, the basis for processing the User's data is his consent, which it is not obligatory and may be withdrawn at any time;
    • in order to send personalized marketing messages to the User on the Store's website, e.g. in the form of suggestions to purchase Goods using profiling. The messages will be prepared based on the analysis of the purchases made by the User - the basis for processing the User's data in this case will be the consent of the Store User granted by accepting specific COOKIES settings, which is not mandatory and may be revoked at any time.
    • for marketing purposes - to the delivery address provided by the User, the Administrator from time to time send information about the offer of the Vanaheim.pl store or the offer of its business partners - the basis for the processing of the User's personal data in this regard will be the legitimate interest of the Administrator or its partners consisting in the marketing of the indicated in the offer of goods; The User may at any time object to the processing of his personal data in the above scope by contacting the Store,
    • for statistical purposes for the Administrator's internal needs - in this case, the basis for processing will be the Administrator's legitimate interest in collecting information enabling the development of activities and adapting services to the needs of Users. Store,
    • in order to confirm the Administrator's performance of its obligations and to pursue claims or defend against claims that may be directed against the Administrator, to prevent or detect fraud - the basis for processing the User's data in this case will be the Administrator's legitimate interest, which is the protection of rights, confirmation of the performance of obligations and receiving due remuneration from the Administrator's clients on this account.
  4. When making purchases in the Store, the User provides certain personal data necessary to perform the sales contract. The refusal to provide the data necessary to perform the order results in the Store's inability to perform the sales contract. It is not obligatory for the User to consent to receiving commercial information or specific use of COOKIES files. If consent is given, it may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal.
  5. The Administrator will provide the User's personal data to entities that cooperate with the Store in the performance of the contract of sale of goods purchased by the User, including the receipt of payments for the purchased goods, as well as the delivery of goods.

  7. Personal data provided by the User will be processed for the period necessary for the performance of the sales contract, as well as complaint claims, as well as confirmation of the performance of the Administrator's obligations and pursuit of claims or defense against claims that may be directed against the Administrator - but not longer than 10 years from the date of providing the Administrator with his data by the User.
  8. The administrator uses IT and organizational security to minimize the risk of data leakage, destruction or disintegration, such as: firewall system, anti-virus and anti-spam security systems, internal access, data processing and disaster recovery procedures, as well as a backup system operating at multiple levels . The store ensures an appropriate level of security thanks to the use of a current security certificate and a security system against DDoS attacks, a high level of HTTPS / SSL connection encryption in accordance with the adopted best practices and cooperates with a carefully selected hosting service provider.
  9. On the terms set out in the GDPR, the User has the following rights in connection with the processing of his personal data by the Administrator, in connection with the operation of the Store: the right to access data, update it, the right to request data transfer, delete it, object to data processing and the right requests to limit their processing, withdraw consent.
  10. The User has the right to submit a complaint to Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland) in connection with the processing of the User's personal data by the Administrator.



X. RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE Vanaheim.pl LOYALTY PROGRAM

  1. Any person who makes a purchase in the Vanaheim store via the Internet or in a stationary store can join the Player's Club.
    1. In the case of online purchases, registration as a customer is required (leaving the shop with the basket as a 'Guest' - without registration - does not give the right to participate in the Player's Club).
    2. For purchases in a stationary store, a one-time purchase for an amount greater than or equal to PLN 150 is required.
  2. Participation in the Player's Club gives the right to receive Player Club Points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") for purchases made and further use of Player's Club Points by converting them into vouchers or discounts in a stationary store.
  3. Points for purchases made are calculated within 14 days from the date of sending the goods ordered by the online store. For goods purchased in a stationary store, points are charged immediately at the end of the transaction.
  4. Converter: PLN 20 = 1 Player Club Point
  5. Points can be exchanged for:
    1. vouchers (via the website)
    2. one-off discounts on purchases in a stationary store.
  6. Converter: 1 Player Club Point = PLN 0.40 discount
  7. . The minimum number of points that can be exchanged for a voucher or a discount in a stationary store is 20 points.
  8. Vouchers and discounts from Points can be used in any subsequent order, the total value of which is greater than or equal to PLN 150. It can be an online order or a purchase in a stationary store.
  9. Vouchers and point discounts COMBINE with other promotions in the Vanaheim store, both in-store and online.
  10. Player's Club vouchers and discounts can be used on any products, with exception of:
    1. additional services such as Mail Order
    2. beverages and snacks
  11. Player's Club Points are also not earned for the above services or products.

 

XI. TABLE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Vanaheim store offers two club rooms to players. Users of the rooms undertake to comply with the following provisions. Failure to comply with them may result in the refusal or a total ban on using the Club in the future.
  2. The Vanaheim Store gives you the option to book a place to play. There are separate game tables for this purpose. The reservation can be made ONLY via vanaheim.pl website, by correctly following steps below:

    2. add the corresponding reservation to the cart
    3. do not add other reservations or other goods to the cart
    4. complete the order by selecting one of the advance payment options
    5. wait for the store to change the status of your order to 'Reservation accepted'.
  3. Tables are available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
  4. Reservations that do not comply to the above requirements will be deleted.
  5. In case of resignation up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, you will be entitled to a refund.
  6. The store reserves the right to refuse the reservation without giving reasons (then the payment is fully refunded).
  7. The option of reservation for next week appears on Saturday in the preceding week. The option to book for a given day will expire at 2:30 PM on that day or when the tables available for booking for that day are exhausted.
  8. The reservation fee is PLN 20 - payable in advance, when placing the booking via the website - if you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us by phone or e-mail to the following address: sklep@vanaheim.pl
  9. You can pick up your reservation at the times that suit you. The reserved table will not be made available to other players until the booking time is over.
  10. After the end of your game, the users of the room are required to:
    1. collect all the elements of terrain used during the game and place them in boxes under the tables
    2. leave the playing area clean
    3. report any damage or irregularities to the Store' employees.

 

XII. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Acceptance of there Terms and Conditions of Use is required for the Customer to purchase of the Goods offered by the Store. The store will allow the customer to read the Terms and Conditions of Use when placing an order. Customers who have an account in the Store will be informed about the change in the Terms and Conditions of Use via e-mail. A customer who does not accept the changes introduced in the Terms and Conditions of Use has the right to delete the account at any time.
  2. Polish law applies to the contract for the sale of products in the Store. The contract is concluded in Polish.
  3. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Kodeks Cywilny (the Civil Code) or the provisions of other legal acts applicable to the operation and functioning of the Store shall apply accordingly.
  4. The court having jurisdiction to settle any disputes is the court with jurisdiction over the applicable regulations.
  5. Vanaheim.pl may amend the Regulations at any time, notifying customers by e-mail at least one week in advance. In particular, the need to amend the Regulations may arise in the following circumstances:
    1. change in law or change in the interpretation of legal provisions as a result of court judgments, administrative decisions, interpretations, explanations or recommendations issued by competent offices or authorities, if it affects the issues covered by the Regulations;
    2. change in the method of providing services covered by the Regulations due to technical and technological reasons, security reasons, improving the operation of the Store or increasing the quality of services provided by Vanaheim.pl;
    3. changing the scope or method of providing services covered by the Regulations by introducing new functionalities or services, modifying or withdrawing the existing functionalities or services;
    4. change of payment or shipping methods and change of shipping costs;
    5. the need to introduce editorial changes;
  6. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Use apply to orders placed after the amendments come into force. Orders placed before the effective date of amendments are implemented on the basis of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use in force on the date of placing the order.
  7. All trademarks and company names displayed in the store are the property of their legal owners and have been placed for informational purposes.
